CanSat is a team-based competition revolving around the creation of can-sized satellites. These satellites are required to measure and calculate several parameters as well as be equipped with a "secondary mission". Our secondary mission included measuring the concentration of several greenhouses gases as well as the strength of earth's magnetic field, preforming a vegetation analyses using an infrared camera and traffic measurement with cameras and machine learning algorithms detecting and tracking cars. I developed the traffic analyses and trained its algorithm, wrote and improved upon some of the code running the two Arduino microcontrollers as well as several other tasks.
